Bodyweight Exercises for Cyclists: Rest
How to Rest:
Rest sounds good, right? It's quite enjoyable and it allows your body to recover so that it can come back stronger. It's surprising how many cyclists refuse to rest, but I might rest a little too much. ;)

If these bodyweight exercises are wearing you out, take some rest days! First, make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Second, whenever you feel worn out, lie down on the couch and take a nap.
Why you should Rest:
Rest allows your muscles to rebuild and get stronger. Without rest, you can't improve! You also feel refreshed after you've had a good rest.
Do you go for a long, hard ride in the morning only to spend the rest of the day in bed?
Then you should try the FRS Healthy Energy drink, which gives you all day energy.
Pro cyclists are already using it and seeing benefits, so don't get left in the dust, try FRS today.
