This is a "dry" type of chain lube. For dry conditions. Made by Finish Line.

I had a big aerosol can. The thing broke or something. Not sure, because the nozzle quit working, but also I couldn't get anything out of the can after I got inside the nozzle. Big waste. (The lesson from that is not to buy aerosol cans of lube.)
