Park HCW-9 Headset Wrench Review
This is a 36mm and 40mm open-end headset wrench made by Park. The large wrench opening is required to fit around the wrench flats on threaded headsets, and this model is for 1 1/8" and 1 1/4" threaded headsets.
Pros: It works, and it's strong and durable.
Cons: It's not the most comforable wrench to use.
The Final Word
If you need to work on threaded headsets, get one of these. It's hard to find any other wrench that opens up wide enough.
Note: The HCW-6 is the proper wrench for 1" threaded headsets.
