Wait... we're cyclists! We don't use drum brakes! Actually, there are a few bicycles out there that use drum brakes. Some tandems, for example.
Drum brakes require little maintenance, but if yours is having problems, you might want to take it to the mechanic. Seriously, drum brakes are no fun!
