Stuck Seatpost Solutions
This guide will cover what to do if your seatpost is stuck in your frame. We'll deal with steel, aluminum, titanium, and carbon combinations.
*WARNING* This problem can be very hard to deal with. It can also be very easy to damage your bike while removing a stuck seatpost. Proceed at your own risk.
Tools:
WD-40 or Liquid Wrench
Coca Cola
Allen wrench
Let's start with the basics.
Remove the seatpost clamp, then pull out the seatpost! If that doesn't work, you can try spraying it with WD-40 or Liquid Wrench. Then torque the seatpost side to side as you pull it out. Hopefully that works... (just try not to scrape the post too much.)
